GENERAL TERMS APPLICABLE TO ALL MEMBERS
These terms apply to the Psychic Visions web site and message
boards.Your use of the Psychic Visions website and message
boards are subject to these membership terms and conditions.
YOUR MEMBERSHIP.
Your membership, which includes access to the message boards
and all other private areas of the site takes the form of
a non-transferable license to use these services and can
be revoked by the Psychic Visions owner for serious or persistent
failure to abide by these terms and conditions.By gaining
access to and logging into any members area:You confirm
that you are 18 or over 18 years of age.You agree you have
read and understood and agree to abide by these terms and
conditions before you make your decision to become a member
of the message boards. You agree you have read and understood
our privacy policy.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
You agree to taking full responsibility for your actions
in joining the member's areas of the site and will not take
any legal action against the webmaster/host, or any other
connected parties, based on your decision to join. To become
a member of the message boards you must register with us
and agree to provide accurate, current and complete information
about yourself as prompted by our registration form. We
rely on the information provided when you register to be
accurate, current and complete and if you submit information
that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete in
any respect, we reserve the right to terminate this agreement
and your use of the forums. As a member of the
message boards, you are solely responsible for your own
communications and are responsible for the consequences
of them. You are also solely responsible for maintaining
the confidentiality of your username, password and e-mail
address and all activities that are conducted through your
account.You are solely responsible for your interactions
with other members.In consideration of being allowed to
use the message boards provided by Psychic Visions, you
agree that you will abide by the Code of Conduct and in
general will not:
(a) Harass any other member or member of the psychicvisions
team.
(b) Use the message boards for any purpose in violation of
local, state, or national laws of any country.
(c) Post material that infringes on any other intellectual
property rights of others or on the privacy or publicity rights
of others.
(d) Post material that is abusive, defamatory, embarrassing,
harassing, hateful, inflammatory, obscene or threatening to
any other member or member of staff.
(e) Post sexually-explicit language or images.
(f) Post advertisements or solicitations of business.
(g) Post chain letters or pyramid schemes.
(h) Impersonate another member or member of the psychicvisions
staff.
(i) Express or imply that any statements you make are endorsed
by Psychic Visions or its staff, without our specific written
consent.
(j) Collect or store personal information about other members
without their personal consent.
YOUR ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
You acknowledge and understand that your use of the message
boards provided by Psychic Visions is at your sole risk.You
acknowledge it is possible that from time to time other
members or visitors may post offensive comments on the message
boards and that you may be involuntarily exposed to offensive
comments before we have the opportunity to remove them.
You acknowledge that neither Psychic Visions or its staff
are not responsible for the use of any personal information
that you may choose to disclose on the message boards. You
acknowledge that Psychic Visions does not screen the message
boards in advance and are not responsible for monitoring
material posted by members. Psychic Visions does not represent
or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy or reliability of
any material posted by members or endorse any opinions expressed
by members. You acknowledge that any reliance on material
posted by other members will be at your own risk. You acknowledge
that Psychic Visions may provide links to other web sites.
Because Psychic Visions has no control over such sites you
acknowledge and agree that neither site is responsible for
their content.
RIGHTS OF THE PSYCHIC VISIONS WEB SITE
Psychic Visions reserves the right to change in any way
the use and availability of any of the the message boards
at our sole discretion including these terms and conditions.
If notified by a member of postings which allegedly do not
conform to these terms and conditions Psychic Visions may
investigate the allegation and determine in good faith and
at our sole discretion how to deal with such matters.
Psychic Visions has no liability or responsibility to members
for performance or non-performance of monitoring activities
within the message boards. Psychic Visions reserves the
right to suspend or expel members and prevent their further
access to the message boards for violating these membership
terms and conditions, or the Code of Conduct or the law.
Psychic Visions reserve the right to remove postings which
are abusive, illegal, defamatory, disruptive or otherwise
contravene the Terms and Conditions, the Code of Conduct
or the Ethics of Reading. Psychic Visions retains the right
to terminate your membership and rights to use the message
boards at anytime without cause, and without any liability
to you.
